2. Vertical motor: It works vertically. Its outstanding feature is that the installation holes are centered on the output shaft and distributed equidistantly around, which makes the machine run with greater power and stability.
3. Fan system: It is located on the side of the working chamber of the pellet machine, and its working time can be freely controlled. The main function is to help the dust removal and steam discharge in the working chamber of the pellet machine.
4. Part of the work piece: the mold and the pressure roller are made of alloy steel, and the heat treatment process is independently completed by our company. The hardness can reach more than 52, which not only ensures the granulation effect, but also enhances the service life. The unique design of 4-8 pressing rollers increases the frequency of extrusion and increases the output. The mold is designed as a “vertical double layer” . the same hole diameter can be used up and down to increase the service life of the workpiece, and two molds with different hole diameters can be used, which saves the cost of purchasing molds for different sizes of particles.
