garden waste crushing truck that integrates “shredding, collection, transportation and self-discharging ,self-propelled”

In order to enhance the urban greening landscape effect and further improve the tree growth environment,Hongyun Garden recently customized a batch of garden waste crushing trucks in our factory. This branch shredding truck integrates “crushing, collection, transportation, and self-unloading”. The vehicle can store 8 cubic meters of waste, which is equivalent to the pruned branches of more than 50 trees, and can crush the largest branches up to 20 centimeters in diameter.

At the pruning site, the garden waste crushing truck parked directly on the side of the road. After pruning, the workers directly stuffed the fallen branches into the feed port for crushing. The crushed debris was directly sprayed into the rear compartment by the machine, where it was sealed, crushed and transported.  One truck after crushing is equivalent to five trucks before crushing. The cleaning of garden waste only requires two workers to load materials on site, which greatly saves transportation costs and reduces labor input.

According to the person in charge of the site, after the carriage is full, the scraps will be transported to the resource processing center for centralized disposal.

They can be used for organic compost, biomass pellets, biomass power generation, organic mulch and other purposes. making the useless garden waste truly Turn waste into treasure and become a product of economic value. This kind of garden waste crushing truck is a new type of equipment in China. and this brush chipper is responsible for the removal and disposal of garden waste in some areas of the city. If applied properly, procurement will be increased in the future and traditional garden waste disposal methods will be gradually eliminated.
