We are both manufacturer and trading company(we have our own factory site.)

Q2: How long is the delivery date?

A: In general, if it is in stock, we can ship it out from factory within 3-5 days. If it is customized product,we can

ship the goods within 15-30days after receiving your payment.

Q3. Do you have after-sales service?

A: Yes, all of our products have 6-12 month quality assurance to make sure that we supply you best quality.

Q4. Can you print my brand name on it?
A: Of course, you just need to send us the picture of your brand.

Q5. what’s your payment term?

A：Usually 30 -40% T/T deposit for the order after confirming the contract, and then 60-70% balance before shipping.

Q6. Can I mix different models together?

A: Yes, you can mix different products or models in a container and we will try our best to use the container place.

Q7.what your terms of payment?
A:T/T, L/C, and Western Union and so on. We can also accept RMB payment from your agent in China.
